Upon receiving your order, I will email you to discuss details and a timeline for the item(s) as well as pricing. Please do not use this form to place orders for sold out items or items available for pre-order. The custom order form is for items that are not available in the shop, or for variations on designs not regularly offered (e.g. a different glaze, different size, etc).

Your order will be invoiced and e-mailed to you, and a 50% deposit is due upfront. The balance will also include all shipping costs incurred and will be due after the order is shipped. Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail and include mailing insurance. Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for any Custom Order.
